This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) applies to your interaction with SharePostt “SharePostt,” “Company”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) in the normal course of business and through our website ( “Site”) or any online or mobile site or application that we own and control (collectively, “Services”). For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), this notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and in general in observance of the principle of transparency set forth in the GDPR.

3. Sharing of Personal Information

The legal basis for this processing and sharing for EU data is Article 6, paragraph 1(b) of the GDPR (fulfilment of your request) and Article 28 of the GDPR (order processing).
3.1 International Data Transfers. By using the Services, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your Personal Information to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Notice. We and our affiliates are located and established in the United States and therefore, your personal information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States and may be stored and processed in any country where we establish operations or where we engage service providers. The transfer of your personal information to such countries, including the United States, is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and for the fulfillment of any order or contract concluded between you and us.
The legal basis for transfers of EU data is Article 49 para. 1 (b) of the GDPR. 7. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to or intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years of age. A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 may review and request deletion of such child’s Personal Information as well as prohibit the use thereof.
8. California
8.1 Shine the Light Law. California’s “Shine the Light” law permits users who are California residents to obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed Personal Information (if any) for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and you wish to make such a request, please send an e-mail or other written request to us using the contact information below.
8.2 California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This section of the Privacy Notice applies solely to Site visitors and customers who reside in the state of California. To the extent that we are ever considered a “covered business” under the CCPA, you have the right to: (i) request that we delete your Personal Information; (ii) request that we disclose the Personal Information we have collected about you; (ii) request that we disclose whether we have sold or disclosed for a business purpose or your Personal Information; and (iii) not be discriminated against for exercising any rights under the CCPA. In the preceding twelve months, we have (i) collected, used, and shared Personal Information as described in this Notice; (ii) disclosed Personal Information for a business purpose; and (iii) not sold Personal Information.
