We recommend you use our products for at least 30 days, since it takes some time for your skin to adapt. If you’re not sure you’re using any product correctly, contact our Customer Experience Team!

Return Procedure

Though we are sad to see you go, we want to help you with this return!

Your purchase is backed with a 60-day trial. Our 60-day trial starts from when your package is delivered. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return within your trial period, we will accept it for a refund. Our Returns Department inspects each product returned. If it is returned damaged from negligence (i.e. you let your dog use it as a chew toy), we will not process your refund, and our Customer Experience Team will notify you.

Please call us at 646-704-8486 to start your return request. Here’s what to expect:

1. Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process.  

2. A free return shipping label will be emailed to you. You will need to use the label within 14 days of the date printed on the label before it expires.

3. Once we receive your return, our returns center will inspect it. Product must be returned in like new condition. 

4. Following the product inspection, your refund will be processed accordingly within 1 business day.

5. When we process your refund, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact your bank or financial institution for posting timeframes; it can take up to 3 business days.

Exchange Procedure

1. Contact our customer support center at 646-704-8486,  Mon–Fri 9am–5pm EST.

2. If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), you may request that we send another quality product in “exchange” for it with free shipping.

3. All exchanges are final.

International Return Policy

Your packing slip or emailed order invoice must be included in your package. If you have misplaced your invoice, please reach out to one of our Customer Experience Agents and they will be able to assist you in finding your order information.

Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be postmarked within 60 days of the order date. We also recommend insuring your package and contacting Customer Experience at 646-704-8486 with the tracking number once shipped.*

Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
